
Who is CONCH?
​
CONCH was founded by Jon Hassain MBE to enable him to work with organisations whose mission he believes in, on projects he cares about, while collaborating with a network of communication experts and friends he respects.
Jon has been fortunate to work for a wide variety of clients including the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Ministry of Defence, U.S. presidential candidates, governments and businesses, leading projects ranging from using communication to improve health behaviours to running election and lobbying campaigns.

CONCH uses Jon and his network of communications professionals to help clients achieve their goals. CONCH is a work of passion for us, so we're selective about the projects we take on. This means that because we always believe in our client's mission they receive our complete commitment and loyalty.

What is Strategic Communication?

Strategic communication ensures your communication activity realises your mission and reflects your values. It requires an understanding of various communication tools, strong programme management skills, and significant monitoring and evaluation expertise. CONCH will provide you with all of these.


Why Pigs?

The name CONCH was inspired by William Golding's book, The Lord of the Flies. In the story, only those that hold the conch can speak and, therefore, be heard. Being heard is what we're here to help you with. There are also various references to pigs in the book. If you know, you know.
